Let facts speak for themselves: In his young hereditary career Plaisir d'Amour went from summit to summit, in breeding as well as in sports.
He absolved the stallion performance test in class I obtaining the rideability mark 9,5. He participated three times in the german "Bundeschampionat", where he always reached the finals.
In dressage he had an international break-through under his rider Marcus Gribbe, he obtained victories of grand prix, special grand prix and grand prix approval tests. He participated in World Equestrian Games in Rome in 1998. He obtained the bronze medal of the Swiss Championchip.
In breeding Plaisir d'Amour is reliability itself. 75% of his descendants won a price, some foals and riding horses reached top prices at the Vechta auction.
His daughter Puppenfee was the 1b diamond ring mare of the Oldenburg Elite Show in Rastede in 1997. She was the embassadress of the Oldenburger race at the european championship in Brussels in 1998.
Her brother Pierrot Royal was approved in 1997.
Plaisir d'Amour's son Paramount was ranked finalist of the german "Bundesreitpferde-Championat".
Due to the top sires Pik Bube I, Furioso II and Miracolo xx, the hereditary trait of performance has been well founded in the pedigree. From the mother's lineage come the highly popular Moritzburg stallion Ratero as well as some highly praised show mares.
